Cold outreach templates — UAE clients

⚠ Before sending

  • [Your Phone Number] is unfilled in template 1 and is the only WhatsApp contact route in that email. Sending it as-is publishes a broken call-to-action on the channel the pitch is built around. Fill it in the working copy.
  • Template 2 has no phone number at all — only the website. Inconsistent with template 1; decide whether WhatsApp is a standard signature element.
  • "Over 40%" appears in template 1 and is unsourced (../strategy/kpis.md). This is the highest-exposure use of that number — it goes in writing, to doctors and clinic managers. Get a citation or soften it.
  • Every [bracketed] field is a merge field. An email that ships with [Clinic Name] intact is worse than no email.

Template 1 — Cosmetic & aesthetics clinics

Subject: Quick question regarding [Clinic Name]'s ChatGPT visibility in Dubai

Hi [Doctor/Manager Name],

I was searching on ChatGPT for the top aesthetic clinics offering [Treatment, e.g., Rhinoplasty] in Dubai Marina, and noticed your clinic was missing from the recommended options, while [Competitor Name] was cited first.

Over 40% of high-intent clients now research treatments using AI search engines instead of Google ads.

At JSGlobtech, we help leading Dubai clinics structure their digital infrastructure so ChatGPT and Perplexity actively recommend them as top providers and allow patients to request consultations directly inside the chat.

Are you available for a brief 10-minute demo this week to see how your clinic currently appears across ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity?

Best regards, Junaid Siddiqui Founder, JSGlobtech Website: https://jsglobtech.com WhatsApp: [Your Phone Number]

Template 2 — Luxury car rentals & chauffeur services

Subject: Capturing AI search bookings for [Company Name]

Hi [Name],

When executive travelers ask ChatGPT or Perplexity to recommend luxury car rentals in Dubai, who gets recommended first?

We recently audited luxury fleet citations in Dubai and noticed that [Company Name] isn't set up for machine-readable AI search, causing high-value rental queries to go to competitors.

We build AI Search Infrastructure (GEO) that makes your fleet recommended by AI models and installs a direct booking tool right inside ChatGPT.

Can I show you a 5-minute live demo on Zoom showing how this works for [Company Name]?

Best regards, Junaid Siddiqui JSGlobtech | Next-Gen AI Infrastructure https://jsglobtech.com

Shared structure

Both templates follow the same four beats, which is the reusable pattern for the two verticals that have no template yet:

  1. Specific observed absence — "I searched for X and you weren't there, [Competitor] was." Requires real research per prospect.
  2. Why it matters now — behaviour shift (template 1 quantifies it; template 2 asks a rhetorical question instead, which needs no citation and is arguably the stronger opener).
  3. What JSGlobtech does — visibility plus in-chat action, in the client's language.
  4. Low-commitment ask — a 5–10 minute demo, not a proposal or a discovery call.

Notes and risks

  • Both openers make a factual claim about the prospect. "Your clinic was missing" and "we recently audited luxury fleet citations" must be true. If the prospect is cited and you claimed otherwise, the email is fatal rather than merely ignored. Run the query first, screenshot it, and be ready to show it on the call.
  • Template 2 promises "a direct booking tool right inside ChatGPT." No booking or reservation capability exists today (../integrations/mcp-server.md — one tool, lead capture only). Either build it for that engagement or reword to consultation/enquiry capture, which is real.
  • Template 2 says "5-minute", template 1 says "10-minute". Both are fine; the demo in ./demo-framework.md is two steps and genuinely fits in 5.
  • Missing verticals: no template exists for real estate agencies/developers or high-end medical & dental, though both are named targets in ../strategy/target-markets.md. Their example queries there are a starting point.
  • Deliverability: cold volume from a domain that also serves the marketing site risks the domain's reputation. Consider a separate sending domain or subdomain before scaling outreach.
  • ./pitch-script.md — how the resulting call opens
  • ./demo-framework.md — the demo being offered
  • ../strategy/target-markets.md — the two verticals still needing templates
