• Added ../operations/product-launch-checklist.md — master tracker for JSGlobtech (client_id: jsglobtech) product launch, GEO/AI indexing, off-site authority, multi-tenant lead engine, and demo readiness.
• Statuses seeded from a 2026-08-01 repo audit (robots, llms.txt, Zod leads, Apps Script path, schema) plus the prior 2026-07-31 live lead probe documented in ../sales/tenant-demo-checklist.md.
• Linked from ../README.md, ../operations/README.md, ../sales/README.md, ../sales/demo-framework.md, and ../sales/tenant-demo-checklist.md.

Why

Client demos need a single place to mark checklist items done vs open (Bing/GSC, AI robots, directories, Sheet webhook, Custom GPT, curl fallback) without scattering status across sales and architecture notes.

Follow-ups

• Flip boxes in the tracker as work completes; keep the Pre-demo gate section accurate before pitch calls.
• Engineering quick wins called out in the tracker: extend app/robots.ts for OAI-SearchBot / Google-Extended; confirm Production webhook + Sheet; set up Custom GPT Action.
